Midnapore Medical College & Hospital (MMCH), located in Paschim Midnapore, West Bengal, is a full-fledged government medical college established in 2004. Formerly known as Midnapur Sadar Hospital, it was upgraded into a medical college by the Government of West Bengal to meet the rising demand for doctors in the region.
Affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the college admits 200 MBBS students annually through NEET-UG counseling. Along with MBBS, the college offers MD/MS postgraduate programs in 9 clinical & non-clinical disciplines, Nursing, and Paramedical courses under SMFWBEE.
