All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Mangalagiri, located in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, is one of the premier healthcare and medical education institutes established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY). Declared as an Institute of National Importance by an Act of Parliament, AIIMS Mangalagiri is dedicated to providing world-class medical education, healthcare, and research.

AIIMS Mangalagiri started functioning in 2018 with its first MBBS batch of 50 students at a temporary campus in Vijayawada. In 2019, the permanent campus at Mangalagiri, Guntur became operational, beginning with OPD services, followed by IPD services in 2021. Since 2020, the annual MBBS intake has been 125 seats, with admission strictly through NEET-UG (AIQ counseling by MCC).

In the IIRF 2025 rankings, AIIMS Mangalagiri has achieved:
